Wonderful jelly recipe
Paradise Jelly
Use approximately equal parts Quince, Cranberry and Crabapple (or in a pinch, apple) juice. Follow any good instructions for jelly without added pectin. (quinces are loaded with it, crabapple and apples are too.)I use an old copy of the Ball Blue Book. This means for about 4 cups combined juice, you use 3.5 to 4 cups sugar. Boil til it tsts done and jar. It is tasty and a beautiful shade of red.
