JED Brownies
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
3 Tbsp cocoa
1/2 cup melted butter or margarine (I guess you could use cooking oil, too)
2 eggs, beaten well
1 tsp vanilla
Mix dry ingredients in bowl. Add butter, eggs and vanilla and stir well. Pour into greased 8"-square pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes (test with a toothpick or broomstraw or whatever). Makes 12-16 depending on how piggy you get when you cut them. If you're really piggy, you might even get only 9 from the pan. *vbg*
