Chile-Lime-Cider Chicken
Ok, here's the recipe. It was good!
1 cup lime juice (key lime)
3/4 cup canola oil
3/4 cup apple cider
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 T minced dried onion
4 cloves minced garlic
1 T dried red pepper flakes
2 T ground cumin
1 T worcestershire sauce
1 tsp pepper
4 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced lengthwise to be about 1 inch x .5 inch (each breast cut into four or five semi-equal pieces.
Mix up marinade, let sit for at least an hour. Grill.
