Squash Casserole

1 C Bisquick
1/2 C Chopped onion
1/2 C Parmesan
2 T French Parsley
1/2 t Salt
1/2 t oregano
1/8 t pepper (I use 1 t. + cayenne)
1/2 T garlic powder
1/4 Vegetable Oil
3 beaten eggs
3 C squash or zucchini, chopped or grated

Combine all except the squash and mix well. Add the squash. Spread into a lightly greased 2 qt casserole and bake at 350 for 45 minutes until set and light brown.

I like this cold the best!
