Meatloaf

1 1/2 - 2 lb.. ground beef (chuck works well)
2 eggs
ketchup - about 1/4 cup
Worcestershire Sauce - 3-5 dashes
cracker or matzo crumbs
1 small onion
1 green pepper
salt and pepper to taste
garlic powder (optional)
oregano (optional)
In a bowl, combine ground beef with ketchup, eggs, and Worcestershire Sauce. Add cracker or matzo crumbs until slightly stiff. Last, add onion, green pepper, salt and pepper, and spices.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour, depending on how brown you like the top.
